This January, we’re launching a challenge designed to clean up your lifestyle, reset your metabolism, and bring clarity to your mind. And we’ll be with you every step of the way.

These habits aren’t easy—but that’s the point. Real growth happens when you tackle hard things head-on. That’s why we’re doing this together. With the support of Percheron’s coaching team and a community of like-minded individuals, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.


How It Works

1️⃣ The Buy-In

6 weeks. $100. The price is there to get you coaching, but mostly to hold you accountable. It’s just barely costly enough for you to take it seriously. But you can do it: bet on yourself


2️⃣ Tracking Your Progress

You’re going to record your success every day on a simple pen-and-ink tracking sheet. You’ll post this on your refrigerator or somewhere else in your home.


3️⃣ The Prize

The exclusive "Golden Percheron" T-shirt. These shirts will not be for sale — you have to earn them. Crush 90% compliance (that’s 108 checked boxes!) & claim your gold.


4️⃣ The Next Step

At the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll sit down with your coach to review your progress and map out your next steps. This isn’t just about these six weeks — it’s about setting you up for year-long (& lifelong) success.

What results should I expect?

You might shed a few pounds, feel sharper mentally, and gain confidence in your ability to tackle challenges. But most importantly, you’ll establish habits that can last a lifetime. Diets fade, but habits stick.


What support will I get?

You’ll have access to daily tips, motivation, and guidance in a private group. Plus, you’ll receive encouragement and accountability from the Percheron coaching team and other participants in the challenge.
