WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Whether it's your first time with us, or you are a regular, here are some things to keep in mind to get the most out of your experience:

ARRIVE EARLY.

Give yourself time to get checked in, put your things away,

& review the workout.

REMEMBER.

If you arrive after the workout starts, you may not be allowed to enter the gym and your spot may be offered to another client.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR.

Let them know if you have any physical limitations or injuries.

They will talk through any accommodations and/or

modifications you should make to get the

most out of your workout.

NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS.

We understand things happen last minute and unforeseen circumstances arise. If you can't make your scheduled session,

let us know ASAP. However, if your no-call/no-show costs someone else a spot, we will not issue a refund, and we will issue an invoice for the cost of that session.
