Logging your workout results and tracking your progress is a HUGE part of your fitness journey. To make this easy and fun, we partner with SugarWOD. It combines the best community features of a social media app with the workout tracking tools you need to monitor your progress toward your fitness goals. Best of all, it’s a free app for your phone. Whether you’re a new athlete or a veteran, you work out in the gym with us, or just want to get the programming remotely... get rolling with SugarWOD and log everything you do in the gym or remotely!

Install SugarWOD

Click the link below that matches your mobile device to download and install the SugarWOD app from the app store. It's 100% free, with no ads or data sharing!

Create Account

Fire up the app, create your free account, and select Percheron Fitness as your gym to join our feed (email hello@percheronfitness.com if you haven't already gotten the password). Once you do this, you’ll be able to see today's workout. It will also give you an optional notification every evening showing you what the next day’s workout is!

Start Logging

Do your best to save your workout scores in SugarWOD every time you come to the gym. That way, you'll be able to see your progress as you look back through your workout history. You can even add workouts you do on your own or at other gyms!
