MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

The OnRamp

PURPOSE: to give each athlete a strong understanding of the basic movement patterns & positions that are required for daily life.

Our OnRamp program is another way we set ourselves apart from other gyms. No matter your fitness back ground - beginner or advanced - brushing up on the basics of movement mechanics, mobility techniques & nutrition are always beneficial.

OnRamp focuses on teaching proper technique surrounding the basic human movements which are necessary for a long & active life.

OnRamp includes four 45-minute individual sessions with one of our coaches; sessions are made by appointment, so you'll let us know what works best for you. (You can get all these done in one week if you want, or you can stretch them out according to your schedule).

OnRamp also includes one onboarding consultation where you will have the chance to get an initial InBody scan to designate your "Percheron starting line". We'll also get you connected to our private online community groups and our workout delivery/tracking app.

 

​Once your OnRamp is completed, you will be free to join one of our regular morning or afternoon Group classes (don’t worry, we are there to walk you through it, modify & scale exercises, & make sure you safely participate) or setup a regular personal training schedule to help you chase down your goals.
