Service Description
Goals are a vital part of the wholistic fitness journey. We often need guidance setting them at the beginning, and every so often, we need to adjust them slightly to ensure we are still going the direction we desire. This conversation is designed to look ahead a few weeks & back over the past several weeks and evaluate your progress and (if necessary) make adjustments to those goals. This is also a great chance to give your trainer/coach feedback about what you believe is working and what may not be working. Together, you will create a great plan to follow for the next phase of your journey towards wholeness!
