This program is designed to get you STRONG in the big three; bench, deadlift and squat, but don't be deceived - this is a full-body strength building program. Percheron STRONG is a 12-week program built on percentage-based progressions. There are four full training days per week, each including 2 primary lifts, complimentary accessory work and an optional metcon. We also prescribe two conditioning-only days in each week's bundle of training. If you are looking to build strength - this is THE program. Ready to get STRONG?
