This program is designed to get you STRONG in the big three; bench, deadlift and squat. Program utilizes 12-week cycles with four primary training days per week - one in-person + three "on-your-own" workouts with a focus on strength progressions. Each workout includes a metcon and accessory work. We also prescribe two conditioning days in each week's bundle of training. This service is available to men, or married couples training together only. Only 6 spots available per 12-week cycle.
